ACTIVITIES
The service is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to Quality Management, quality assurance and quality control for the Company Project during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases, i.e.
The service will also be the Feedback Representative for the Project towards Company Headquarters.
The service reports to the Project Manager and will ensure / handle, as required, the communication of the project with the Partners on all matters related to Quality Management.
The service is also accountable individually for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules and requirements, and with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.

The service is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to Quality Management, quality assurance and quality control for the Company Project during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases, i.e.
- To promote Quality in the project.
- To assist the Project Management team in the organisation, implementation and audit of quality procedures related
to the project (internal activities oriented). - To define, develop, implement, and control implementation of a Quality Management System for the project, based
on the existing referential of Company, and assist the Project Management team in the organisation and implementation of such Quality Management System. - To define, organise and coordinate the Quality Surveillance of Contractors and of their main Vendors and
Subcontractors, organise Quality audits and visits, and issue updated evaluations of their performance within the
project. - To review and monitor implementation of Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test
Plans. - To identify necessary resources, define the job descriptions and organize the recruitment of the resources required
for the monitoring of the Contractor quality control activities of the entire project. - To coordinate the inspection activities and consolidate reporting, including coordination of the notifications with the
CONTRACTOR. - To coordinate the quality processes such as Non-conformance, concession requests, correction actions, punch list
and the like, in close collaboration with the technical teams. - To participate/perform any audit (technical, SCM, QA, QC ...), site visits and / or quality walkthrough as required.
- To timely review the supply chain and Quality related documents issued by Contractors and main Suppliers
(Subcontractors and Vendors), for compliance with CPY and Project requirements. To raise consequently all
necessary comments. - To establish KPIs relevant for the quality activities and consolidate regular reports for the management team.
- To participate to REX processes.

- The service is accountable for defining, implementing and monitoring the overall QAQC management system to be applied
on Company’s project.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Service professional Experience (years): more than 10 years.
- Experience in similar service (years): more than 10 years.
- Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
- Languages: English mandatory, Portuguese is a plus
- Good organization and communication would be appreciated.
- Good knowledge of the Subsea supply chain
- At least 10 years’ experience in large oil & gas projects with a strong subsea exposure
