Aker Solutions is now looking for Quality Advisor with experience from onshore or offshore projects.
The project is lead from Kollsnes/Øygarden but there will also be a need for travel to Stord.

Aker Solutions is now looking for Quality Advisor with experience from onshore or offshore projects.
The project is lead from Kollsnes/Øygarden but there will also be a need for travel to Stord.
Position Responsibilities:
- Follow up Quality deviations on Site and at Stord.
- Communicate with Equinor on quality Reports.
- Register and follow up Quality deviations in Synergi and follow up (fully take the responsibility on Synergi registering, follow up and closing).
- Participate in necessary internal and client meetings.
- Prepare quality management input to weekly reports to client.
- Regular travel to Øygarden Site.
- Communicate with site discipline leads on Quality deviations related matters.
- Proactively identify quality deviations, improvements by coordination with procurement welding/cutting Q control, report them and follow up from creation to close out.
- Prepare and communicate lessons learned / one pagers.
- Implement planned measures for increasing of Quality observations reporting.
- Create/improve a system for quality related RUH and observations reporting, trending (Q observations cannot be registered in Synergi).
- Collect information regarding quality deviation from div Aker systems( MIPS, warranty register, Procosys, etc.) and prepare a weekly quality reports – for both locations (Stord and Øygarden).
- Quality follow up of Akso contractors and subcontractors, civil contractor.
- Daily communication with project QHSE Manager on the quality related matters.
- Actively promote quality deviations reporting on Site by using the established QHSE RUH/observations reporting system.
- Participate in site townhalls, morning and other site meetings, prepare and present quality campaigns.
- Quality Management and Management System competence.
- Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent. Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- Good understanding and capabilities to plan and execute continuous improvement processes.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO standards.
- People and cooperation skills.
- Networking and influencing skills.
- IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Solid command of the Norwegian and English language, both written and spoken.
- No rotation, 37.5 hr/week
