My client is seeking a Quality Assurance & Control Professional for a remote contract position!
Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Control professional to develop detailed procedures required for the construction of a manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all procedures meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Control professional to develop detailed procedures required for the construction of a manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all procedures meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and finalize various procedures including Regulatory Inspection Requirements, Document Control, Inspection and Surveillance, Field Receiving Inspection, and more, as listed in the project scope.
- Develop and format procedures for Equipment Criticality Rating, Product Quality Tags and Status, Quality Audits, Control of Inspection Measurement, Supplier Pre-Qualification, Supplier Monitoring and Evaluation, and more.
- Ensure procedures include necessary forms, checklists, and logs as required (e.g., Audit Notices, Daily Inspection Reports, Green Tags, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure that procedures are comprehensive and aligned with project goals.
- Review and revise project quality plan and procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the completion of the Sila PQAP and other related quality management documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical writing in Quality Assurance & Control, preferably in the context of chemical manufacturing or construction projects.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in relevant software tools, such as word processing, flow charting softwares.
