Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage with focus on technical side for auxiliary contracts in WTG package (e.g. radars)
  • Actively monitor technical topics outside WTG Package, which are interacting (or may interact) with WTG Package in relations to auxiliary WTG contracts
  • Identify and clear scope gaps related to SoW
  • Supporting WTG package in technical interfaces related to WTG.
  • Discuss, align and record technical interfaces together with the PMO´s interface management and WTG package management and contract management
  • Support of handover to O&M
  • Execute all tasks with high quality
  • Communicate with other packages

Major Tasks:
  • Support in delivery and execution of the auxiliary contracts in WTG package incl. reviewing supplier’s documentation, claims, opine on the project programme and other deliverables.
  • Act as the primary, technical point of contact
  • Support resolution of technical related issues/aspects with the SoW with support from the wider engineering team.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team, resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety
  • Coordinate and attend, if required, site visits and inspections.
  • Prepare decision proposals, presentation and documentation for reporting and meetings.
  • Manage and follow-up on deviations of requirements such as but not limited to non-conformities (NCs) and report relevant items to the package management
  • Support WTG Package in technical interfaces

Key Deliverables:
 
  • Execution of the contract technical SoW
  • Technical inputs to variations and claims
  • Knowledge base’ of all Project topics interfacing with SoW of the contract
  • Knowledge transfer to O&M team
