Hours: Part-time
Duration: 1-year contract
Pay: $40/hr

Job Description
Location: Whiting, IN
Hours: Part-time
Duration: 1-year contract
Pay: $40/hr
- Essential functions and key responsibilities for the service
- Routine weekend coverage:
- Creating BOLs for Asphalt, Sulfur, Propylene
- Review customer specs - Propylene
- Review loading reports - Sulfur
- Send BOLs to customers
- Send Emails to appropriate railroad contacts to release railcars
- Maintain correct patterns in EDI systems
- Extended holiday / vacation coverage
- Pulling reports from BDS (weekly), pulling Propylene movement reports (weekly) from SAP & LIMs for quality data
- Email Catalyst cars inbound/outbound instructions to WATCO
- Routine weekend coverage:
- Expectations for interactions and communications
- Email, Teams chat, phone as needed
- Will be to address weekend issues to ensure railcars can be released / switched
- Troubleshoot issue as they arise with team of supply coordinators, operations and rail road personnel.
- KPI’s service deliverables
- Weekend/holiday/vacations periods are covered without interruption
- Accurate review and issuance of BOLs with minimal rework
- Timely issued BOLs
- Management/Supervision expectations (If applicable)
- Weekend/holiday/vacations periods are covered without interruption
- Essential BP business systems to be used as requirements to complete the job
- BDS (Rail system)
- TMS6 (Truck system)
- LIMS (Propylene Specs)
- SAP for Reports
- Excel
- Minimum qualifications needed (Experience/Education/Leadership/Core Behaviors/Communication Skills)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- General Knowledge of railroad operations/shipping is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, ability to work with SAP and rail system BDS (previous experience preferred, but ability to learn)
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Organized and detail oriented
