Requirement Reliability Engineer :
  • Maintain the technical availability of assigned assets as well as for maintenance/reliability activities, investment planning and execution to ensure regulatory compliance regarding inspection and obligations in area of responsibility
Main Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance activities related to inspection, repairs, and larger/complex turn-arounds of the assigned assets and initiate, monitor, and track work orders
• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple basic budget/and multiple larger investments, major investments in area of responsibility and smaller projects from planning to start-up, to ensure investment returns
• Identify and evaluate defects and bottlenecks of unit, and develop technical concepts for their resolution for optimization
• Conduct troubleshooting of asset and process problems
• Implement up-to-date knowledge of best practices in the plant with observing technical rules and regulations to improve efficiency
• Keep and update the technical documentation and records for archives management
• Coordinate the internal and external service providers for smooth cooperation
• Identify, evaluate, and implement knowledge and good practice transfer between the plant engineers for technical optimization
• Evaluate & investigate the root cause of equipment failures, develop trends & identify patterns of equipment type failures to ensure appropriate corrective actions can be implemented

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process control area or equivalent qualifications with relevant work experience
• Work experience (2+ years) in Reliability and Maintenance field
