Our team in Stord is now looking for a Resource Manager.
Do you want to play a key role in executing our projects?
Aker Solutions is hiring a new Resource Manager that shall support New Build segment with the overall resource management process. We are looking for a Resource Manager with extensive experience in resource planning and who can make analytical assessments of resource data and assist in identifying the projects and organizational resource needs.

What will you be doing?
- Scenario planning / gap analysis - together with the projects and organization to contribute to the mapping of resource needs / forecasts in the various projects and disciplines.
- Facilitate the allocation of key resources based on project needs and priorities.
- Assessing resource availability and managing resource scheduling.
- Assist organization in user training of Resource Management process.
- Identifying areas of inefficiencies and proactively drive digitalization initiatives.
We think you should have:
- A master's or bachelor's degree, but if you have relevant experience and the right attitude, we would like to hear from you.
- Good IT (Information Technology) knowledge – ability to make use of new tools.
- Analytical and structured mindset are personal skills that will be appreciated in this role.
- Team player, with ability to motivate and encourage good attitude with collaborative skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in Norwegian and English, verbally and written.
