For My client, Renewables sector company, I am lookingo for Sales Manager:

Responsibilities

- Identification and evaluation of potential new customers as well as development of measures for a specific approach
- Independent support of the existing customer base and acquisition of new C&I ends on site
- Selling projects to C&I end customers and convincing them of the industry-specific advantages
- Selection of the right partners for implementation or internal implementation with EPC (IBC as GU)
- Calculation of the offer on the basis of technical planning and ensuring project profitability
- Estimation of future sales and developments in the distorted market
- Maintenance of all sales-relevant data in the CRM system, esp. Project Pipeline (Opportunities)

Requirements

- Commercial clerk with technical knowledge or technician with a strong commercial background or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Experience in an ERP system is an advantage
- High degree of responsibility and initiative
- Assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach
- Confident, convincing appearance, even in complex or critical situations
- Secure communication also with executives and owners
- Willingness to travel and, if necessary, stay abroad for several weeks
- Very good written and spoken language skills (min. B2), English is an advantage
