Role requirements:
• Experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance and cross functional technical teams with proven skillset of creating value from interpreting business requirements and translating into training materials and documentation.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations, including related business processes that are managed using connected applications such as Prometheus Web (Planning & Scheduling and STO) and Primavera P6, among others
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support implementation of new processes and procedures
• Participate in process reviews (or creation or updating of associated documentation) working with stakeholders and the creation of requirements documentation
• Participate in standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development and documentation
• Develop requirements specifications and business design documentation
• Perform initial Data QA / completeness checks on finalized processes
• Steward completed documents through the approval/sign-off process, including providing background and facilitating clarifying discussions (as required) for reviewers and approvers
• Develop quick reference guides according to standard templates
• Collaborate with team members to progress initiatives forward as per plan and scope outline
• Assist team members to help identify / validate stakeholder change impacts, provide technical review of communications and contribute to training curriculum and learning content
• Elicit requirements using stake holder engagement, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• At least 2-5 years of professional experience as a SAP Business Analyst or in a similar capacity
• Direct working experience with maintenance or operations
• Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience would be considered an asset
• Organization and relationship building skills
• Highly effective communicator
• Displays emotional intelligence; demonstrates self-awareness and remains calm under pressure
