Responsibilities

The Project Scheduler responsibilities are expected to include the following:

• Develop, manage and maintain project schedules in the conceptual, feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED, preliminary, constructability, engineering, permitting, procurement and construction phases
• Perform project scheduling and resource/manpower loading for all phases of projects, utilizing Primavera P6 software
• Prepare all levels of project reports and documentation related to project scheduling
• Perform earned value analyses in collaboration with project management, controls and cost personnel
• Assist with schedule-related elements of project controls services
• Lead and facilitate project scheduling meetings with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders
• Participate in schedule-related project risk assessments
• Interface and connect daily with colleagues, clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in scheduling and related project controls activities
• Experience in project scheduling software, including P6 and Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, cost control/estimating tools, databases, Microsoft Word and related software programs
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with significant collaboration, knowledge sharing and focus on customer service
