We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to join a global full-service CRO. As a Senior Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing data management activities across multiple studies. 
 
The role 
  • A dynamic and direct, hands-on role
  • Main requirement is to perform, as well as manage, all day-to-day data management activities.
  • Create, review and approve all data management study-related documents.
  • Perform and manage all data cleaning activities.
  • Database build activities, database validation and review and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Actively review and provide feedback on study data quality including providing data management metrics.
  • Work with outside vendors to develop data transfer documents and perform regular data reconciliation with the clinical database.
  • Monitoring timelines and managing resources to meet timelines.
  • Identify inconsistencies and inefficiencies in data management processes and recommend solutions.
  • Direct team members in daily activities including training and supervising study support staff.
You
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.
  • 8+ years data management experience.
  • Degree qualified in a science or technical discipline degree.
  • Previous CRO experience is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience with various data collection and EDC systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing and aggressive timelines.
  • Good knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines and GCPs including regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs.
  • Ability to program in SQL or SAS is desirable, but not required.
