EMM UK is now supporting a 3-year Frame Agreement that covers primarily Maintenance and Modification at Equinor's offshore platforms Heidrun, Njord A and B, Asgard A and B, Troll A, B and C, Heimdal, and Johan Sverdrup in the North Sea Norwegian sector, as well as the onshore facility at Tjeldbergodden (Norway) and is looking for engineering and design discipline Project personnel to join us.We are looking for a Senior Completions Engineer to join our team based in our Aberdeen (AIBP) office.

What will you be doing?

• Follow-up up of Mechanical Completion monitoring and progress of handover milestones as per the project plan with comparison to the certification sign off and highlight any deviation from those dates to the onshore / offshore team.
• MC/Preservation requirements towards suppliers
• Develop Commissioning procedures and Completion job cards
• Coordinate and execute multi-discipline punch inspection in collaboration with Customer
• Plan, prepare and execute Commissioning & Start-up on a multi-disciplinary level
• Prepare for and take responsibility of final handover to Customer
• Status reporting of completions progress as required by the project.
• Population of the project completions management database for construction/commissioning activities, ensuring that System / Sub-System handover documentation is presented for handover in line with the Project Philosophy
• General understanding of technical documents and understanding e.g. P&ID’s, SCD’s Process Flow Diagrams and Cause & Effects.

We think you should have:

• Preferably experience with Equinor projects, systems and tools
• HNC/HND level, engineering degree or relevant education or experience with Mechanical Completion and commissioning from Maintenance / Modification Projects the energy sector.
• Solution oriented with good communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relevant Norwegian regulations and standards preferred but not essential.
• Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude
• A commercial mindset, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to see solutions together with meeting customer expectations and requirements
• The competency to be accurate, flexible and organized
• Willing to work in a hybrid structure with regular visits to the primary office
