Our Client Woodside a Global Oil & Gas major Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking a Senior Contracts & Procurement Advisor - Australian Operations to join them for a 2-year contract.
The Senior Contracts & Procurement Advisor (Australian Operations) will work closely with stakeholders in Australian Operations (Operations) to provide contracting and procurement support across Australian Operations. The opportunity includes developing and post award management of both long-term Outline Agreements and Stand Alone Contracts for specific scopes.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage Outline Agreements across the Australian Operations Portfolio with opportunities in categories such as:
    • Plant and Equipment / MRO
    • Logistics
    • Implementation Services
    • Property Services 
    • HSE
    • Quality
  • Provide C&P Advice to the Australian Operations businesses.
  • Support in the development of meeting operational readiness needs of the Australian Greenfield assets.
  • Lead the negotiations to establish new Outline Agreements, commercial claims and disputes  
  • Supporting Contract Representatives in vendor performance reviews and meeting post award requirements.
  • Partners with Legal and other support functions to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, both internal and external.
  • Monitors savings and overall performance during the contracting lifecycle.
  • Supports opportunities around maximizing local content and indigenous engagement with the community and suppliers.
  • Manage time and materials contracts within the operations group
  • Support asset maintenance teams with contractor engagement and management
  • Proven experience in delivery against Category Strategies
  • Lead and drive commercial and contracting outcomes in the designated portfolio area.
  • Lead and drive compliance for procurement activities across C&P function and throughout Woodside, as a subject matter expert in procurement processes and systems
