Senior Decommissioning Engineer
- Manage, receive, and review Modification Alliance Scope of work, schedules, cost estimates, and change orders
- Manage and coordinate interfaces between the Modification Alliance and internal Company stakeholders
- Active follow up of Alliances and Contractors to ensure Company HSSE expectations are met, working as a safety leader in the relevant scopes
- Perform follow up, coordination and management of smaller / ad-hoc decommissioning activities, running in parallel to (outside of) the OVD decommissioning project
- Work as an offshore technical representative during offshore engineering down, prep for removal and removal scopes
- Participate in HAZIDs/HAZOPs and project meetings
- Interface with Company Technical Authorities (TA) to ensure compliance with Functional Requirements
- Ensure that operations are planned in accordance with Company stakeholder’s expectation (Operations, Technical Authorities, Project Management Teams etc)
Qualifications:
- BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng Structure/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of decommissioning / removal operations
- Relevant experience with planning and execution of offshore projects
- Experience with marine operations
- Proactive, cooperative and solution orientated mindset
