NES Fircroft are working along side a WA owned company seeking a HR / ER Advisor to join their team in Leederville, part-time.
Job Title: HR Senior Advisor
Location: Leederville
Length of contract: Initial 5 month contract with potential for extension.
Hours Required: Part time / job share 3 days per week
Experience Required: Must have HR Qualification

Duties:
- Undertaking workplace investigations / Case Management - varying levels of complexity
- Coaching leaders to improve their people management capability
- Providing advice on the interpretation of our enterprise agreement and employment contracts
- Providing advice, support and coaching to leaders on matters including performance management, misconduct, grievances, fitness for work, behaviour and team culture.
- Participating in the identification, implementation and continuous improvement of employee relations initiatives, processes, policies, and procedures and ways of working.
- You will be involved in claims and disputes before the Fair Work Commission/Equal Opportunity Commission.
Experience Required:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- Considerable HR generalist, employee relations and/or case management experience, ideally in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation.
- Experience working with a field based blue collar workforce would be beneficial but is not essential.
