Aker Solutions’ Life Cycle segment focuses on execution of modifications & maintenance that improve operations and extends life span of energy facilities on- and offshore. The segment is also responsible for electrification projects on existing facilities as well as offshore maintenance for the renewables sector.

What will you be doing?
- Establishing technical input to Package Strategies Compiling Technical Requisitions & Specifications for Inquiry and Purchase Orders
- Execution of technical Pre-Order Activities Planning, execution and co-ordination of technical
- Follow Up Activities Perform necessary follow up and co-ordination of technical procurement activities
- Execution and co-ordination of Supplier Documents and Drawings approval
- Work closely with the customer’s technical specialists
- Review and quality assurance of supplier documentation
- Update and give input to the engineering database
- Participation in performance tests and other inspections at supplier’s premises
- Follow up and support site work and response to technical queries
- Execution and co-ordination of technical Change Control
- Execution of technical Close Out Activities and technical Supplier Performance Evaluations
We think you should have some of the following:
- Do you have Master, Bachelors, or technical education?
- Experience and Knowledge of relevant design rules, regulations and standards
- Ability to execute, take responsibility and make decisions
- Communicate and be proactive
- Ability in taking responsibility and ownership for the procurement process of a discipline or multidiscipline procurement package
- Knowledge of NORSOK and relevant standards/regulatives for NCS
- Available for work in Norway
- Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
