Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: SA-DAMMAM-2nd Industrial City, Modon facility (Plot No. 005TS00036), P.O. Box 31952 (BLD-1038947)
Role Summary:-
The position as an Inventory Specialist Sr. has the responsibility of handling and executing various inventory transactions in close cooperation with our warehouses and inventory team. You will be a super user in our ERP system and assist requesters with process compliance and system understanding. This will require in-depth investigation to identify root causes of issues.

Role Summary:-
The position as an Inventory Specialist Sr. has the responsibility of handling and executing various inventory transactions in close cooperation with our warehouses and inventory team. You will be a super user in our ERP system and assist requesters with process compliance and system understanding. This will require in-depth investigation to identify root causes of issues.
Essential Responsibilities:-
- Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Pro-actively plan future demands and inventory levels for agreed categories, via the EEP planning meetings, both in terms of new purchases but also optimize timing of overhaul against future demand.
- Provide an advanced level of administrative support related to inventory control.
- Evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures
- Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Locates and packs materials for shipping.
- Excellent time management.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Good functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management processes
- 5+ Years of experience within Supply Chain preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
- Background is preferably from a similar support position with in-depth ERP system understanding - preferably within inventory, maintenance, or master data. As a person should be very structured, and process driven with an eye for details.
- Good functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management processes
- Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional team player and easily adaptable.
- Knowledge of inventory control.
- Knowledge of WMS
- Exceptional communication skills with experience interaction with senior level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 360 suite including Teams.
- Strong investigation and analysis skills.
- High School of diploma is preferred.
