Job Title: Senior Land Representative
Location: Calgary, AB
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week
Contract Length: 1 year
Start Date: June 1, 2023
Description:
Is considered a subject matter expert and is sought out by internally stakeholders for guidance on land rights issues; Identify land requirements and potential issues on capital projects, acquisition or development programs; provide facilitation in unique land issues, claims, negotiations recognizing precedent-setting impacts; support and implement the annual integrated public awareness program; direct and/or advise contract land agents, appraisal experts, consulting foresters and surveyors, contractors involved with property matters and ownership; ensure data within the land database is current and accurate.
