Senior Machine Learning Engineering & Python Development – 6 Months Contract (renewable) – Central Paris, France

Senior Machine Learning Engineer & Python Developer objectives and deliverables:

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer & Python Developer will participate in the implementation of transversal tech and MLOps topics to accelerate the development of data science products.
You will also help the Squads' data scientists implement data science solutions following MLOps best practices, if necessary.

In particular, he must:
  • Implement the principles of MLOps using best practices in data science and software development (continuous integration, continuous deployment, monitoring, model management, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize data science code templates that will accelerate data science exploration and interaction with users.
  • Contribute to technological choices and innovation.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer & Python Developer cross-functional contributions:
  • Participate in the design/maintenance of new tools/packages common to the organization.
  • Challenge the team’s vision.
  • Participate in CoPs (Communities of Practice).

Senior Machine Learning Engineer & Python Developer required skills :
    • Good command of Python and software development (packaging, versioning, etc.)
    • Have experience deploying machine learning models on Azure or AWS
    • Experience in hexagonal Architecture would be desired
    • Knowledge of Databricks, Sagemaker would be an asset.
    • An appetite for software craftmanship / clean code, (squad, CoP, coaches) helps to propagate.
    • A good command of git and initial experience in a DevOps context (CI/CD, with GitHub or similar).
    • Experience in Azure, AWS cloud technologies would be a plus.
