Aker Solutions is now looking for a Senior Process Engineer with experience from onshore or offshore projects. The project is lead from Bergen.
 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and be responsible for the entire Process engineering activities for the assigned task.
  • Preparing man hour estimates, schedules and inform discipline Lead if more manpower or resources is required for the task.
  • Ensuring the job progress as per schedule and as per required quality.
  • Establish need dates for assignment of personnel on the job.
  • Supervise, assign, and schedule work to the entire Process team for the task.
  • Maintain contact with Client, task management and other discipline responsible engineers to assure that accurate, timely communications and flow of information is implemented.
Skills and Levels Description:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a discipline engineer.
  • Knowledge of relevant design rules and standards.
  • Knowledge of PEM, Discipline engineering methods & tools, processes and activities in relevant execution phases.
  • Knowledge of Aker EMM planning principles and overall functionality and information flow between CPS.
  • Adequate knowledge of contract, budgeting, change and risk management.
  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemical Process Engineering.
  • Management capabilities, proactive with good communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language.
