Some of what you will be doing
- Responsible for electronics system architecture within one or several of our product teams
- Participate in iterative multidisciplinary product development activities such as:
- Prototyping and early concepts
- Detailed design and architecture Har
- Designing electronic boards – schematics and PCB Layout
- Participate in critical design decisions, e.g. selecting optimal components, sensors and actuators for the boards and functions developed
- Requirements and specifications
- Verification and testing
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Coordination of electronics development in projects and products, including deliveries from other teams
- Ensure that all new electronics is developed and documented according to the Electronics Development Process.

Who we envision would fit the role
You are an experienced Electronics Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience within product development. You are both comfortable in being responsible for the system level design, as well as doing detailed designs, schematics, and PCB layouts. You are used to working across disciplines and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Master’s degree within electronics, mechatronics, cybernetics, signal processing or equivalent. Relevant industrial experience can compensate for formal education
- Experience with electronics system engineering on a product level
- Analog and digital electronic designs
- Schematics and PCB layouts (Altium), circuit board production and sourcing
- Experience with the following is an advantage:
- various type of sensors and actuators, both in theory and practice
- embedded microcontrollers and embedded programming
- high voltage pulse designs
- communication and radio interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI, USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
- designing for EMC compliance and troubleshooting
- battery technologies
- power designs 
- thermal management
- Professional written and spoken English skills
- Experience with safety regulations, standards and approvals related to electronics designs.
