Senior Project Engineer
- Manage, on behalf of the company, the follow-up and delivery of the Sulphate Removal Unit (SRU) process module from the supplier
- Responsible for all parts of the delivery including commercial, schedule, technical, fabrication, quality and safety performance
- Develop work processes and ensure close collaborative interaction between the company and supplier delivery team.
- Be engaged in varied activities to improve the performance and ability to deliver as agreed
- Manage and lead the company delivery team
- Report to the platform project manager on the status of the SRU delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience.
- Experience with working in offshore oil and gas projects
- Experience working in multidiscipline teams and handling complex interfaces.
- Knowledge of oil & gas project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle may be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, both Norwegian and English.
- Experience with and understanding of NORSOK standards and PSA regulatory requirements related to maintenance and integrity.
- Customer-oriented, strong team player, seeking collaboration with focus on what is best for the company.
- Ability to “get things done” in close collaboration with stakeholders across functions, business units and alliance partners.
