Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Network and Audio Visual
Location:  Calgary, AB
Length: 7-Month contract to start
Rotation: Mon-Fri 8 hours a day

Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale and complex projects in the Network and Audio Visual/Telephony field. This position is for a 7-month contract with the possibility of extension, starting on July 8th. The role offers 8-hour workdays, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid remote schedule (Wed-Fri). The successful candidate will lead the network team in supporting telecom initiatives, with a focus on PM specialties including audiovisual experience and SD-1 technology expertise.

Job Requirements:
  • Coordinate and complete large-scale, complex projects in the Network and Audio Visual/Telephony field.
  • Negotiate changes in scope, budget, or calendar with Project Owner and/or management.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, providing guidance to other project managers as needed.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals.
  • Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Manage the life cycle of existing assets while deploying SD-1 technology.
  • Provide support to the network team in all telecom initiatives.
  • Maintain a wide degree of creativity and latitude in project management approach.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in the field or related area.
  • Strong understanding of SD-1 technology and acquisitions, preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in audiovisual and telephony fields.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
