They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team and continue their growth in Blenheim. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be experienced in Quantity Surveying and be highly familiar with the NZ building codes. A relevant degree or qualification would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Preparing tenders and prices
  • Preparing works schedules
  • Financial control of projects
  • Measuring work from plans
  • Preparing and submitting progress claims
  • Valuing and processing variation claims
