POSITION : SENIOR RELIABILITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to join our Maintenance, Reliability & Planning team in the role of SENIOR RELIABILITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER.
This role will be based in Indonesia (Jakarta / Surabaya; Permanent Employment)

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to join our Maintenance, Reliability & Planning team in the role of SENIOR RELIABILITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER.
This role will be based in Indonesia (Jakarta / Surabaya; Permanent Employment)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed maintenance strategies for our customers’ plant and equipment based on Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) method and Company’s best maintenance practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of Reliability & Maintenance systems.
- Provide a source of expertise and advice to Company on Maintenance, Reliability & Planning activities.
- Provide expertise and technical support to maintain and improve the reliability of systems for Company and external customers including data gathering, failure analysis, FMECA, RCM, troubleshooting, and development of predictive/preventive maintenance programs for plant & equipment.
- Support development & execution of business plans and service offerings to grow Company capabilities in Maintenance, Reliability & Planning
- Generate reliability & maintenance-related content for use in commercial proposals.
- Lead, prepare and support site assessments/visits and information capture including organisational design, KPIs, building a commercial case, mobilization & start-up planning, risk assessments, and report writing.
- Provide input for cost and schedule estimates on complicated maintenance, reliability & planning programs.
- Liaise with other departments to develop a compelling reliability concept and tender response (including conducting necessary risk analyses).
- Facilitate and lead Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Studies for Company and for external customers.
- Assist in training and development of Company personnel.
- Follow and communicate industry standards and guidelines to achieve compliance with government laws and policies and industry best practices.
To succeed:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
- Indonesian Passport/ID holder.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance at metallurgical / mineral processing plants.
- Knowledge of industry equipment reliability and data acquisition, and analysis of systems.
- High level knowledge of ore processing and metals processing
- High level knowledge of procedures for start-up, operating routines, emergencies, routine inspection, and maintenance.
- Experience in management, development, and maintenance of CMMS/APM or similar systems
- Deep knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Analysing equipment failure data to identify patterns through Weibull Analysis Method, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability, Availability & Maintainability studies (RAM), and Change Management
