Main Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for sales development / order generating activities pertaining to all business portfolios with the undertaken clients for the territories product range etc based on the overall business strategy of the company.

Responsible for marketing, prequalification, and registration activities to enhance products marketability, client access & recognition and compliance to standard practices and industry requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Expand business activities, product marketability and customer base for the regions / product portfolios assigned.
  • Provide after sales services to existing and future clients.
  • Responsible to expedite and ensure all payments are collected from clients within the agreed terms.
  • Develop sales and tendering strategies for the regions and product range assigned. 
  • Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ) generating & handling including RFQ processing.
  • Assist in proposal preparation & submission, clarifications coordination and participate in negotiation meetings.
  • Responsible for Commercial terms review, comments and negotiation.
  • Work closely with the client during the proposal submission process. 
  • Generate Sales Orders from the tendering processes and achieve the assigned Yearly Sales Target.
  • Coordinate and report on all sales activities and projects. 
  • Keep abreast with market insights.
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing activities such as presentations, roadshows etc to secure sales opportunities. 
  • Identify potential clients, business partners, joint ventures, consortiums, to increase tendering success rate and to secure orders.
  • Identify any new industries / business segments / product ranges that could increase sales.
  • Prepare, update and enhance departmental qualification data, documentation, marketing material and statutory documents. 
  • Attend sales meetings and any other related business meetings and trainings assigned by Management.
  • Degree in Engineering / equivalent professional courses.
  • 8 or more years of relevant working experience.
  • Sales & marketing experience for process equipment & modules/skid for oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, mineral processing and pharmaceutical industries. 
  • Experience in project management, proposal & estimation for Pressure Vessels, Skid /Process Modules is a plus advantage.
  • Diligent, team player, result-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel regularly both domestically and internationally.
