Senior Solution Architect
Contract period: 01.08.2024 - 31.12.2025
Location: Stavanger or Oslo

Main Tasks:
- Holistic Responsibility: Oversee the end-to-end architecture and design to ensure we implement the right solutions within a specific domain or sub-domain.
- Blueprint Development: Evaluate and translate business, information, and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for a portfolio of solutions or products.
- System Integration: Architect the integration of applications and systems into our larger ecosystem.
- Documentation: Create and document architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across various initiatives aligned with customer, portfolio, and transformation objectives.
- Implementation Support: Ensure that development and implementation activities are delivered according to the solution design.
- Consulting and decision Support: Provide consulting support and facilitate sound architecture decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work with system owners, subject matter experts, product teams, and service providers to secure the validity of solutions.

- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in stakeholder management, communication, and delivering projects involving people, processes, and technology.
- Solution Architecture: At least 2 years of experience in a solution architect role with responsibility for solution design and ensuring that features and functions of applications and software interact effectively in a larger system.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oil and gas industry is required, with additional experience in Production & Operations and Projects (EPC) being advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with various solution blueprints, architectural patterns and principles, data modeling, and data- and integration- platforms is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written). Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage but not required.
