Position Overview:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in our projects, providing expert guidance, managing complex engineering assignments, and mentoring junior engineers. Senior Structural Engineer

Position Overview:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in our projects, providing expert guidance, managing complex engineering assignments, and mentoring junior engineers. Your in-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, advanced analytical capabilities, and project management expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guidance on structural engineering design, analysis, and construction methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to verify the integrity and performance of structural systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by junior team members.
- Perform site visits and inspections to assess the condition of existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required. SE license is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Structural or Civil Engineer, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in structural engineering design and analysis, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from concept to completion, adhering to budgets and schedules.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering junior engineers.
