Senior Subsea Project Engineer
- Provide Subsea experience to the project team (note, all subsea operations will be performed with ROV (i.e. fully diverless))
- Review contractor’s procedures and plans for the offshore work
- Participate in HAZIDs/HAZOPs and project meetings
- Ensure that operations are planned in according with Company’s stakeholder’s expectation (Operations, Technical Authorities, project management etc)
- Act as Offshore Client Representative, including management of day-to-day vessel activities during marine operations.
- Travel will be required for in person participation in meetings and site attendance.
- Active follow up of removal Contractor to ensure Company HSSE expectations are met, working as a safety leader in the relevant scope.
- Ad-hoc support towards planning and execution of other subsea decommissioning activities, running in parallel to (outside of) the OVD decommissioning project.
Qualifications:
- BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng Structure/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of subsea ROV operations
- Relevant experience with planning and execution of marine operations
- Experience with marine lifting operations
- Experience as Client Representative
- Experience with installation/removal projects working as an Operator
- Proactive, cooperative and solution orientated mindset
