NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading provider of innovative solutions in the field of electrical engineering. Specializing in the development and deployment of advanced technologies, our client facilitates the smooth operation of power generation facilities and industrial processes across Australia.

They are currently looking to expand their team and bring on an experienced Service Contracts Coordinator to their team on a 6-month contract, with the high possibility of extension! 

Location: Notting Hill 

Duties and responsibilities include: 
  • Review and provide feedback on legal, commercial, and technical offer terms.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon scope terms from project award to completion.
  • Assist in identifying and fulfilling specific contractual obligations.
  • Manage deliverables, innovate, and coordinate with stakeholders for efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate billing and revenue processes according to contract terms and SOX guidelines.
  • Maintain ServIS data for equipment covered in contract scope.
  • Monitor (sub)contract performance and address any issues or risks.
  • Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Prepare status reports on contract performance.
  • Support operations team with workload management, including booking, billing, logistics, procurement, and service coordination.
Experience wanted: 
  • Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration and/or Legal Administration
  • 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Microsoft Office – intermediate
  • Salesforce/SAP knowledge (preferable) 
  • Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
