We are looking for a Service Engineer for one of our clients in Power Sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The job location is Eastern Province, Jubail, KSA.
This position is open for Saudi Nationals only at this stage.

Job Purpose
  • Execute installations, modifications (including upgrades), application change requests and/or other professional services jobs in accordance with work orders and/or customer contracts.
  • Respond to allocated trouble request, providing appropriate on-site service of equipment to restoration functionality and provide subsequent resolution according to the customer request and/or contract obligations (including meeting SLAs)
  • Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.

Job Responsibilities
  • To provide all after-Sales services to Customer
  • Responsible to secure Customer Satisfaction by providing prompt Services.
  • Accountable for effective technical support to recover from System failures and preventative maintenance.
  • Proactive sales promotion of services and spare parts to customers
  • Performs timely reporting to Team leader on the jobs assigned.
  • Responsible for follows up and closing of customer service issues.

Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’ Degree in Engineering – Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation; Chemical, Mechatronics
  • 2 to 5 years’ Experience in Industrial Automation Control systems, Preferably with DCS system CS3000, & ESD system Prosafe RS or any other ESD ( Triconnex, ICS etc).
  • Knowledge and experience of Foundation Fieldbus will be useful.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance & servicing of Control Systems
