Leading the race in areas of transmission, grid integration, and automation solutions this innovating company provides pioneering solutions combining expertise and quality products. We are looking for driven, energetic, and diverse Service Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Moorebank.
In this role you will corresponding with customers to ensure all their supplies and systems performance and increased and positively impact the consumers.  

*Full Australian working-rights is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Duties include:
  • Overseeing supply chain management, procurement, stock, and inventory
  • Forecasting financial performance and monitoring of job executions versus expected costs
  • Communicating with customers and key stakeholders to develop strong and positive relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes by utilising business ERP systems
  • Improving the availability and efficiency of equipment through quality maintenance
  • Customer service focus to increase client satisfaction

To be successful you will have a Diploma or Certification in a similar role and a minimum 2 years’ experience. Other qualities we are looking for are:
  • Stock management and supply chain order processing
  • Proficient with SAP and Salesforce software is essential
  • Understanding of billing of spares, good receipt and inventory and order booking
  • Ability to track project costs and use this data for reporting
