We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer for one of our clients in Power Sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The job location is Eastern Province, Jubail, KSA.

This position is open for Saudi Nationals only at this stage.

Job Purpose
  • Responsible for business development & Preparation of proposal in Eastern Region
Job Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Department Manager
  • Support Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposal for Service Jobs (Service Project, LCA, Training and Analyzer
  • Maintenance)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for all Company’s Automation products in identified regions and segments.
  • Recognize sales opportunities and develop new accounts with key customers.
  • Sales & Marketing Activities for Systems (DCS & Safety) which mainly include:
           Technical Discussions with Customer & End User
           Technical Clarifications to Customer’s Queries on Proposal
           System Presentations (DCS & Safety Systems)
           Interactions with RSC for Additional Support (Technical as well as Commercial).
  • Review Service projects Contractual, Technical, product Specification, and Standard requirements.
  • Works diligently to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives and targets of Sales team.
  • Overall co-ordination with Customers, Clients, Vendors for the Service opportunity.
  • Responsible for Coordination with vendors and subcontractors for technical and other issues.
  • Co-ordination with sourcing, logistics, order handling in the context of the Service
  • Responsible for Enhance LCA, training & Service project business to meet the Co. OI/ST Target.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the customers’ needs, directs the customer relationship with C-level, proposal,
  • pricing and negotiating the deal to completion.
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Industrial Automation Control systems.
  • Graduate in Engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics.
  • Knowledge and application of sales process
  • Knowledge of greenfield and large brownfield and after-sales service
  • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco and/or SABIC will be an advantage.
  • Field and site experience will be additional advantage.
Competencies and Skills
  • Technical background control systems (Engineering knowledge will be added advantage)
  • Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposal for Service or brown field related jobs.
  • Identify the SOW and risk during proposal stages.
  • Strong sales drive and ability to negotiate at all levels of customer organizations.
  • Target oriented, committed to long span work.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, MS Visio, MS Project, Outlook, CRM, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge and understanding of organizational policy and procedures.
  • Knowledge of DCS system CS3000/CVP, & ESD system ProsafeRS.
  • Very good communication (English and Arabic) and presentation skill.
  • Attitude to learn new technologies. Energetic, self-motivated, dependable, challenged by multi-disciplined problems.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, etc. especially with local Saudi nationals.
  • Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications including MS Project.
  • Good Problem solving, strong Negotiation and reporting skills.
  • Work experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
