We are recruiting a Short-Term Production Forecasting Engineer for Woodside on an initial 12-month contract to start ASAP, the successful candidate will generate production and emissions forecasts in line with commercial and corporate requirements.

Your background will mean you are comfortable digging into the detail of complex upstream production systems and assure deliverables. Ideal skills and experience includes:

Responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Utilise forecasting software to generate production and emissions forecasts for 1-5 years
- Manage continual improvement of tools and processes, in recognition of ongoing changes
- Understand and communicate production forecast uncertainties and product delivery planning
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and Joint Venture Partners on key deliverables.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to agree forecasting assumptions
- Provide insights and forecast sensitivities to support business decisions.

- Integrated production system knowledge
- Sound production forecasting knowledge
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Demonstrated experience (ideally around 5-10+ years) in upstream oil and gas, preferably with exposure to whole of value stream (reservoir to market)
