Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Administrator for a project located in Homer City, PA.  This is a great opportunity for a longer term position and is set to commence around April 1st, 2026  and is expected to last over 3 years.

Location: Homer City, PA, USA
Position Required: Site Administrator
Start Date: April 1st, 2026  
Project Duration: Approximately 3 years, 3 months (around July 2029).
Working Hours: 40 hours Mon-Fri with high possibilities of going to 60-72 depending on the needs of the project.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Support the Site Manager on establishing the site purchasing process
  • Interface with suppliers in order to negotiate best offers for the project 
  • Create and maintain a list of suppliers for services and products in the area and ensure proper interface and relationship with suppliers
  • Actively support execution of sourced activities: escalations due to delivery/ Quality issues/invoicing/payables issues, database management, payment terms.
  • Is responsible for complying with any applicable EHS requirement and revert to his/her supervisor or manager should these be not reasonably practicable to implement
  • Is responsible for complying with any applicable sourcing policies
  • Arranging accommodation and transport for new expatriate staff and assisting employee relations coordinator with visa applications as required
  • Organize day-to-day operation, such as office utilities
  • To procure, control and maintain site infrastructure equipment and ensure proper maintenance
  • To maintain and ensure the site office and temporary site facilities are in a clean and safe working condition
  • To administer infrastructure contracts such as offices rental, cleaning
  • To understand local authorities requirements and ensure compliance in coordination with the Site Manager
  • Planning and arranging business travel for site management team
  • Provide backup support for employee relations coordinator
  • Administer site transportation
  • Any other tasks assigned by the site manager

Required Qualifications
  • Good technical knowledge of Gas Power Plants business, products and processes.
  • Preferred minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferable within power industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Ensure administrative management of the site
  • Provide front line contact for all GE and contractors team members for logistic support and relation with local administration
  • Ensure insurance/interface with local bank, opening/closure Site accounts
  • Reviewing subcontractor EWOs.
  • Drive site reporting and tracking in close relation with site manager.
  • Manage local contracts (phone, printer, site consumables, network, cleaning).
  • Manage hotel reservations, local transportation, for internal staff.
  • Local Purchasing Responsibilities: Perform administration of all local orders realized at site
