Role description

The Site Office Administrator supports and is accountable to the Site / Installation Manager and broader site team in the daily running of the site administration.

Role and responsibilites: 
  • Office administration and filing for the duration of the project.
  • Pre-mobilisation documentation / submission / tracking
  • Flight and site accommodation booking / reporting
  • Maintain records of personnel hours at site.
  • Clerical assistance to Site Manager / HSE / QA – filing site reports etc.
  • Prepare purchase orders / receipting for payment.
  • Liaise with service providers
  • Attend meetings as directed by the Project Manager or Site Manager and take meeting minutes.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experience in Office Administration. Site or Construction would be an advantage
  • Office administration, secretarial or other similar qualifications are desirable.
  • Good knowledge of office systems – for e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MYOB, Aconex and SAP
  • Fire Warden Training
  • OHS Construction White Card
  • First Aid
