NES Fircroft have partnered with a leading company in the renewable energy sector. Their Newcastle warehouse plays a critical role in the storage and distribution of essential turbine components. They are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join their team on a 12 moth contract to ensure smooth operations at their warehouse.
 
Job Description:
 
As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the warehouse. You will play a key role in supporting the site management team and maintaining accurate records.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence handling.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, including updating records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site activities, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organised and accurate records of all site activities, including personnel records, safety logs, and inventory data.
  • Visitor Management: Manage site access, ensuring all visitors are logged, and security protocols are followed.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
