NES Fircroft are working alongside a Major Mining Operator seeking a temporary Site Administrator to fly to Port Hedland between September to December 2023.

End Date: December 2023
Our client is seeking a mining industry experienced Site Administrator to join the team. This position will be integral to assist with day to day operations and support the department people and systems.
The role requires a motivated and energetic person who can work unsupervised and has a proactive attitude to assist, action and deliver all the tasks associated within a site administrator role.

Our client is seeking a mining industry experienced Site Administrator to join the team. This position will be integral to assist with day to day operations and support the department people and systems.
The role requires a motivated and energetic person who can work unsupervised and has a proactive attitude to assist, action and deliver all the tasks associated within a site administrator role.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Administration of site rosters, flights, and resources in a continuous operating environment.
- Updating of forecasting with camp occupancy and room requirements.
- Coordinating and actioning multiple shared inboxes (within an admin team and autonomously).
- Data collection, emails, and messaging of personnel in a timely manner.
- Raising and providing SuccessFactors positions and maintaining org chart positions.
- Engaging with contractors to ensure personnel & process are maintained in site resourcing.
- Raise purchase requisitions, auditing and cross-checking of goods and services to assist cost control.
- Maintaining a register for purchase orders and PPE orders.
- Preparation and distribution of site notices.
- Order and dispense site PPE as required.
- Airport logistics for arrivals and departures of owners team.
- Vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing management.
- Manage site consumables including office & site related supplies.
- Comply with all safety directives, and work instructions.
- Any other adhoc requests.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Minimum 12 to 18 months experience in a similar and/or same role.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Travel / FCM experience
- Workflow Experience
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administration coordination capability.
- Must be able to multitask on several activities/priorities at the same time.
- Current WA Drivers Licence.
