We are currently recruiting a Site IT Co-ordinator for a Oil & Gas EPCI for the Perdaman CERES Project.
The coordinator will report to the Project ICT Manager and Support all IT Management-related activities in the Site office.
The position will be 12-month contract with options to extend, and working hours will be 10 hours per day / 6 days a week.
The role will be based on Burrup Peninsula - off Karratha on a 20:8 rotation.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deployment and management of IT equipment and software.
- Provide IT support and training to staff members as needed.
- Administers ICT System components to meet service requirements
- Administers day-to-day operations to satisfy the continuity of service
- Schedule installation work to minimize disruption.
- Investigate, diagnose and solve system-related problems.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and service records.
- Maintain IT assets inventory and update in SNOW. Handle the audit trails related to the IT assets inventory
- Facilitate communication between the site office and the Project IT, Centralized IT teams
- Handle incident management and service requests using ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Monitor and manage the performance of IT systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards and management system guidelines.
- Comply with organization cyber security procedures to ensure the integrity and security of the system.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of IT equipment’s supply chain process
- Interface with the users and support the new model adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues at the Project site office.
- Coordinate and collaborate with outsourced IT service providers (Accenture, DXC, Orange and others) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
- Oversee the assigned ITIL processes to improve service management and delivery.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Microsoft systems and applications.
- Handle basic IT troubleshooting and support requests, escalating complex issues to the appropriate outsourced teams.
Professional Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge in Centralized and distributed systems, networks, and unified communications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems and applications, including Office 365, Azure AD, Windows AD, Windows 10/11, and Server OS.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with outsourced IT service providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Working knowledge in ServiceNow, Fresh Service and any other ITSM platforms for IT service delivery
