For my client one of the biggest Renewable company I am looking for Site Manager

Responsibilities
- Managing utility scale PV project construction, commissioning and testing processes
on site, in accordance with the execution plan, contracts in place and other relevant
documents;
- Coordinating daily activities with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and advisors
for a smooth execution of the project;
- Complying with the highest quality and HSE industry standards;
- Conducting site inspections and periodical meetings with contractors and suppliers
to monitor the progress of the works onsite;
- Managing the inspection of supplies and materials delivered to the site;
- Verifying and certifying contractors’ and suppliers’ bills as per actual site work
progress;
- Generating progress reports for the company’s management and stakeholders;
- Review site test results against agreed contractual and normative criteria and
organise remedial activities required;
- Support Mashav Energia team in the execution of PV projects, from development,
and conceptual design, through procurement, permitting and financing, to
construction and operation.

Expectations
- 2 years’ experience in construction of PV projects;
- Experience working with main contractors or subcontractors;
- Knowledge of Polish building regulations;
- Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and technology;
- Relevant higher education;
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Independence, accuracy and very good organization of work;
- High motivation and willingness to learn and develop;
- Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level in an English-speaking
environment;
- Competence in AutoCAD is preferred.
