On behalf of our client, a global energy manufacturing & installation business, we are recuiting for a Project Planner to work in Hadera, Israel.
Purpose of the Job
This is a project based role and candidates should need to be prepared to work on site in Israel of the duration of the project, approx 12 months.
I am looking for candidates with strong Primavera p6 skills, but also with experience in engaging with site installation & commissioning teams. The project is a high profile engineering program for a prestegous end client and candidates should have experience of working on large scale engineering schemes.

Purpose of the Job
- Ensure the Detailed Site Time Schedules (STS) for all site work is maintained timely and accurately, with analyses, reports, corrective action scenarios and proper communication to the project team.
- Proactively obtain and collect all information in support of the STS updates and progress reports
- Provide support to the Site Manager and Project Manager /Project Planner in all schedule and progress related activities
- Ensure that progress is measured objectively against real quantity of work and reported accordingly.
- Monitor the overall site and defined area, to ensure on time erection according to the agreed baseline STS and prevent possible delays.
- Provide early warnings and corrective actions in areas of responsibility

Knowledge and Experience
- Certified Engineer or bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge of Power Plant principles, systems, sequence of erection & commissioning works
- Planning experience of at least one fully executed turn-key multiple product inspections works
- Strong ability in the use of scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating skills in international environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in identifying and taking responsibility for solving Site Planning issues
- Fluency in written and spoken English
