Our client, a global EPC contractor has an immediate requirement for a Civils Quality Supervisor on a major power development in the County Kerry area of Ireland.

The position will entail overseeing civil site based works from a quality perspective and ensuring appointed subcontractors are operating to required levels.

Initially the principal duties will be working with the Quality Manager to implement and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and develop Quality Plans applicable to the site work.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring quality standards are met by subcontractors.
 
  • Supervise tests and final tests.
· Ensure the traceability of materials and components throughout the entireconstruction works.
· Represent Project in terms of quality to the representatives of the client at site.
· Issue periodically reports related to the work developed.
· Obtain acceptance / certification from the client of the work performed.
· Control all documentation related to quality generated and preparation of the partial and final quality reports to be delivered to the customer in accordance with project planning schedules
 
This is a long term contract and we are keen to speak to candidates who have previous Quality experience on large industrial projects, preferably within the power sector.
