Currently, seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor/Coordinator with a background in Electrical and Industrial Technology to oversee operations at a prominent mine site in Central Queensland.

Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor/Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical and industrial technology systems on-site. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate electrical and industrial technology activities on the mine site.
- Lead a team of technicians and specialists, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role within the mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and industrial technology applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
