Position: XT/Wellhead/Tubing Hanger Lead Services
Location: Bristol (with regular missions to Aberdeen, Singapore & Batam)
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Status: Residential

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage design, engineering, qualification, and delivery of Xtree, Wellhead, Tubing Hanger, PGB, and Workover systems.
  • Support Package Lead during FEED and execution phases to ensure technical consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate engineering studies and ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and HSE rules.
  • Represent scope in technical committees and reviews.
  • Interface with SURF, Onshore, and Drilling packages for integrated design and execution.
  • Implement HSE requirements and ensure safety engineering standards are captured in all documentation.
  • Review and validate contractor documentation, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project objectives.
  • Participate in engineering reviews (HAZID, HAZOP) and quality audits.
  • Supervise qualification and testing programs; participate in FATs, SIT, and installation activities.
  • Define commissioning and handover to operations.
  • Monitor contractor performance and manage contractual obligations.
  • Provide regular progress updates and maintain KPI registers.
Required Qualifications
  • Engineering degree (Drilling, Subsea, Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in subsea projects and major offshore oil & gas developments.
  • Expertise in subsea hardware packages (Systems, Trees, Wellheads, Tubing Hangers, PGB).
  • In-depth knowledge of subsea engineering, codes, and standards.
  • Extensive experience with Subsea Tree and Wellhead systems from design to completion.
  • Familiarity with driverless connection systems (horizontal and vertical) and marine operations using ROV.
  • Vertical XT experience; Caspian Sea experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards.
  • Effective communicator with multidisciplinary coordination skills.
