Job Description:
The Sr. IT Field Service Technician to provide end-user support and coordination of hardware, software, and business applications. The on-site support technician must be self-managed and able to prioritize according to business needs with the ability to action external service providers for optimal and efficient support of key business applications.
Position Overview:
This position is a hands-on IT Field Service role supporting a local engineering and manufacturing center of 50 employees. This position anticipates a well-rounded IT professional able to coordinate with typical business office activities, engineering teams, and software as well as manufacturing solutions, shop floor systems, and demands. The company has a strong Global support structure combined with Group level competencies for infrastructure, security, and applications but anticipates an individual local presenceable to provide end-user assistance and ensure compliance with operational efficiency in line with Group policies. This position will support existing systems (infrastructure, security, business applications) with strong end-user communication skills and dedicated
follow-up. This role offers the full spectrum of IT and Operational Technology opportunities and responsibilities.
