Structural Designer

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Fornebu is looking for a  Structural Designer who can help us succeed. 
 
What will you be doing?  
 
You will be working as Structural Designer together with other colleagues for Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the follows: 
 

• Modelling and drawing production of main structures, secondary deck structures and outfitting structures as pipe racks, access platforms, equipment supports etc.
• With use of Aveva E3D design and draw CAD system.
• Producing 2D drawings using Aker Solutions ADP software Working in an international team with interface towards other disciplines.
• In accordance with the project execution model, discipline schedule and established design basis with focus on quality and HSE aspects.

 
We think you should have some of the following: 
  

• Education: BSc, lower education with relevant experience and skills can be accepted
• Software skills: Aveva E3D, PDMS, Autocad
• Language: English oral and written

2 years initial contract with options for extensions.
