Description:
We are looking for a Contract Supply Advisory to join the Supply, Wholesale, Biofuels & Low Carbon Products team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Supply, Wholesale, Biofuels & Low Carbon Products. Based in Calgary AB.

With this role we are looking for a candidate who can enable the balance and optimization of supply throughout the Canadian Refined Products network. Working with the logistics, sales, analytics, finance, and exchange partners to ensure supply is available at the right locations at the right cost.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Produce the supply and demand forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual time horizons.
  • Facilitate the demand forecast with the sales channels, production facilities, 3rd party supply contracts and exchange partners.
  • Monitor daily lifting reports and comparing trends to forecast.
  • Execute the nomination process with 3rd party supply partners.
  • Track exchange balances and provide analysis and recommendations to optimize supply plan.
  • Set up supply origins and orbits in SMS.
  • Collaborate with logistics on badging setup and operational issues with various lifting terminals.
  • Drive the development of reporting requirements with analytics, logistics, compliance, and supply.
  • Contribute to the development of the Supply Balance Coordination tool.
  • Update Supply Balance Coordination tool daily with inputs and provide analysis to make
    recommendations.
  • Work with supply billing, logistics and pricing to resolve invoicing disputes.
  • Establish and manage working relationships with exchange contacts to ensure nominations and liftings are resolved.
