Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator with strong knowledge of latest VM Windows Server Clustering, Shell Scripting, latest SQL Server High Availability, and Azure Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in VM windows Server Clustering, Shell Scripting, SQL Server High Availability.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in shell scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with SQL Server administration, including clustering, replication, and high availability.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and resource management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Server Management:
- Configure, manage, and maintain VM Windows Server clusters to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Monitor server performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. - SQL Server Administration:
- Manage Enterprise SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Implement and maintain SQL Server clustering, replication, and mirroring.
- Monitor SQL Server performance and optimize queries and databases. - Azure Cloud Management:
- Deploy, manage, and monitor Azure cloud services and resources.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Azure backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Scripting and Automation:
- Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate system administration tasks.
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like PowerShell, Azure.
- Automate deployment and configuration processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Security and Compliance:
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Company standards and regulations. - Monitoring and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on system performance, security, and usage.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
