Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB
Shift: Monday - Friday
Contract Length: 12 months
Start Date: Early April

Description
Support the TA function in all aspects to ensure timely, proactive recruitment activities and efficiencies are met. Support initiatives for continuous improvements and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all candidate experience and engagement
  • Schedule interviews for employees and campus
  • Troubleshoot candidate applications and respond to all candidate inquires
  • Manage employee referral program
  • Assist in customization of job postings and Post roles internally and externally with management of job boards
  • Manage all background checks and vendors
  • Execution of recruitment tools such as vidcruiter (Glassdoor, Linkedin, Indeed etc.)
  • Support contractor conversion
  • Support campus recruiting in interviewing and extending offers
  • Create and foster a high caliber, best in class candidate experience
  • Understand and execute administration of recruitment needs
  • Support Talent acquisition events inclusive of Campus
  • Support system enhancements and data integrity
  • Assist with sourcing and attraction execution
  • Maintain TA documentation
Qualifications
 
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Minimum 1 year of interviewing experience
  • Ability to be tactful, foster a collaborative and ethical recruitment process
  • Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
  • Ability to respond quickly to frequent changes in priorities
  • Data integrity and data interpretation
  • Excellent time management, organization and prioritization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Oil and Gas industry experience an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Workday experience an asset
  • Volume recruitment

  • Sense of urgency
  • Event management / project management
