“Sourcing talented engineers from across the globe for pioneering energy projects” - if that excites you, read on!

Due to our clients’ continued growth we are looking to bring on-board another energetic, tenacious, quality-conscious and technology-savvy Researcher to join our team.

You will play an important support role in the delivery of project resources to our international clients – like Aker Solutions, HMH, Aker Carbon Capture and other companies in the Aker ASA group.
By becoming part of our large team of experienced recruitment specialists you will develop your research skills in a high-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural setting.

What you will mainly be doing:
  • Working hand-in-hand and in partnership with recruiters and recruitment coordinators
  • Analysis, research and mapping of relevant markets and sourcing of candidates within technical, engineering and project execution disciplines using a variety of tools
  • Approaching and communicating with both passive & active candidates
  • Developing smart and well-structured candidate pipelines to safeguard timely delivery of project staff
  • Composing and publishing compelling job adverts in multiple channels
  • Accompanying our recruiters in (new) position start-up meetings with our customers
  • Coordinating and booking interviews with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • Arranging, conducting, and documenting professional reference checks

The person we’re looking for:
  • Is curious by nature, and interested in analysis and re/search
  • Is used to and comfortable working with different tools and in multiple systems, and has a keen eye for detail, quality and data accuracy
  • Has a university degree and, ideally, some research experience within contract recruitment and/or a support-oriented role
    • Graduates with no commercial work experience will also be considered
  • Likes to work in a hectic environment and is able to prioritise tasks and take initiative
  • Enjoys talking with people from all walks of life and can do so comfortably in both English and Norwegian
  • Identifies with our company values: Customer Focus; Enterprise; Integrity and Responsibility; Teamwork; Drive & Personal Impact

What is in it for you:
  • Become a “Master of Research” within a highly professional, multinational, talented and accomplished team
  • Enable the delivery of exciting - often ground-breaking - energy projects, many of which are supporting the transition to green energy production and carbon neutrality
  • Work with global customers and with candidates from all over the world
  • A desirable Fornebu office location by the sea with an excellent gym & canteen, and great views of the Oslofjord
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months.
